Our Story

A bridge built of cassava flour, cheese and saudade.

Chef Mineiro was born in 2012 — a happy accident that became a vocation. We exist in what we call the market of saudade: the longing Brazilians carry with them when they leave home. Our answer is tangible, warm, and just out of the oven.

The Caregiver

The guardian who doesn't need to prove authenticity.

We carry decades of tradition in the texture of every product — professional without corporate coldness, traditional without false nostalgia. We reject industrial shortcuts disguised as innovation, and embrace honest simplicity.

Chef Mineiro is for those who understand that preserving flavor and culture demands an unshakable commitment to excellence.

Milestones

From Minas to Orlando.

2012

A happy accident

What started as cheese bread shared with friends became a calling — to bring real pão de queijo to Brazilians far from home.

2013

From kitchen to factory

Production moved into a dedicated Orlando facility, enabling weekly fresh production instead of the months-long freezing periods often used by competitors.

2014

Onto the shelves

Our products began reaching markets and Brazilian stores across the United States.

2020

Private label & beyond

To this day, we continue to serve end-customers, retailers, cafés, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants — and produce private label products for select brands nationwide.
